“Celebrating the international year of fruits and vegetables”, was the theme for the recent Hort Connections 2021 conference.
Held in Brisbane from 7-9 June, this event recognises the horticulture industry and the important role fruits, vegetables and floral industries play in nutrition, health, wellbeing, and global food security.
The conference saw growers, packers, produce processors, other business and industry leaders share trends and common interests. This event is one of the biggest in the Fresh Produce industry with over 3,500 delegates from across the supply-chain attending from 35 countries.
