Newtec Denmark have been manufacturing weighing systems for fresh produce applications for many years, including a very popular gravity roller weigher of which there are thousands in use around the world. A lot of these machines are quite old so don’t have some of the data capture capability that many customers require in these connected times.
A&D Australasia have designed a replacement “box” using the advanced AD4413-CW controller that allows existing Newtec users to upgrade their system with minimal disruption and maximum upside. This unit utilises the proven and reliable mechanical/pneumatic assembly of the Newtec system but provides ethernet and usb reporting and connectivity plus the many advanced benefits of the touch screen AD4413 system.
A&D can also facilitate remote support using VNC & Team Viewer over an active internet connection. Another example of A&D’s “Inspection Simplified” ethos.
